Helping parents & caregivers stay centered, navigate conflict, and celebrate their kids’ gender creativity

We live in a big messy and uncertain world.  I’m here to help parents & caregivers remain loving and in-tune with their kids through it all.

  • Trans and gender-creative children do best when they have the unconditional love and support of their family.  I can help you affirm and celebrate your child at all stages of their journey, whether that means gaining comfort with clothing, name, or pronoun changes; communicating with schools or extended family; honoring your own grief; building supportive community; or accessing gender-affirming medical care. Become the cheerleader & advocate that your kid needs and deserves.

  • It can be overwhelming when our kids don’t get along, or one constantly picks on the other.  Get to the root of your children’s rivalry and teach them the skills to resolve their own disputes.

  • Unresolved and unaddressed conflict can wear us down until we feel empty.  Whether you need help navigating disagreement about parenting styles and choice, your family or co-parent is having trouble honoring your child’s gender journey, or anything else, learn to speak your truth and set healthy expectations and boundaries.

  • Kids deserve parents who are unconditionally loving, and yet we can’t give our kids what they need when our inner child is screaming for attention.  Access your highest self even in the toughest moments.

  • It's easy to feel like every No is an invitation for an argument with your child.  Unpack what’s driving your child’s big feelings and develop strategies to remind them that you're on their team and not their enemy.

Working with Lev was so incredibly helpful for us as parents and changed the nature of our interactions with our kiddos. About Lev (they / them)

I believe that parenting can be an opportunity for profound personal growth.

My approach is warm and affirming, informed by my 10+ years of experience as a conflict mediator and coach, facilitator, and full-time parent to two energetic kiddos.

Those moments when we’re on the verge of losing it with our kids are invitations for us to heal our childhood wounds and to model for our children what emotional regulation looks like.

Parents and caregivers work with me to get unstuck and connect more deeply with their kids.

As a nonbinary parent, I especially love working with the parents of queer, nonbinary, and trans youth.  I’m honored to support parents who are looking for extra help in navigating their kids’ gender and identity journeys.

Your kids are telling you who they are and how they want to be loved.
I help parents show up for their kids.

My Approach & Influences

I’m honored to have partnered with the following fabulous organizations:
